The original articles, charts, code, and design on this site are my intellectual property and are protected by copyright. You may:

  • Read, share links to, and quote brief excerpts of articles with clear attribution to NBAAnalytic and a link back to the source page.
  • Download and reuse the bundled datasets published at /data/data_layer/ — they are public NBA data, redistributed here for verification — provided you keep the attribution given in SOURCE.txt.

You may not republish whole articles, scrape the site wholesale, or present my charts or analysis as your own. For other uses — syndication, reproducing a chart in a publication, commercial use — email contact@nbaanalytic.com first.

Data, trademarks, and attribution

Statistical data referenced on this site originates with third parties, including the NBA Stats API and Basketball-Reference, and remains subject to their respective terms. "NBA," team names, and related marks are trademarks of their owners. NBAAnalytic is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Basketball Association or any team.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site in any way that is unlawful, that attempts to disrupt or overload it, that probes its security, or that infringes the rights of others. Automated scraping that degrades the service for others is not permitted.

Third-party links and ads

The site links to external websites and displays third-party advertising. External sites and advertisers set their own terms and policies, and this site is not responsible for their content.
